歐萊斯MPB系列油墨用于加工金屬及金屬涂漆面印件、玻璃制品、油墨膜面有強(qiáng)粘合性和耐性。MPB系列是內(nèi)含硬化劑的一液型環(huán)氧油墨，而必須以烘焙干燥。雖然是烘焙型，但卻有一液型油墨方便使用的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。在可供烘焙的金屬印件上加工可得高性能的油墨膜面功效。     規(guī)  格:1KG/罐     油墨類型：將特殊合成樹(shù)脂與環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂（Epoxy Resin）混合而成的一液性加熱硬化型油墨。一般這種油墨需要高溫烘焙，但由于內(nèi)含催化劑，可在較中溫狀態(tài)，就能硬化。      用 途：鋁、鍍鋅鐵板、不銹鋼、玻璃制品、鐵及適用于鋁板、電氣用品標(biāo)牌等的印刷。     稀 釋 劑：添加10-15%的T-1000溶劑來(lái)調(diào)整粘度。      洗   版：用FH&YT-718洗較經(jīng)濟(jì)。     其它注意事項(xiàng)：1)MPB系列是以烘焙干燥為前擔(dān)發(fā)近的皮膜性能，但對(duì)室外曝露制品（招牌、信標(biāo)等），在使用時(shí)特別受濕氣影響鄉(xiāng)而成環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂（E poxy Resin）特有的顏色從涂料分離的現(xiàn)象，故請(qǐng)注意。2）MPB系列是以烘焙為前提，因此儲(chǔ)藏時(shí)應(yīng)在外氣影響少的冷暗處保存。3）MPB系列以硬化劑作催化干燥。但有時(shí)內(nèi)置的硬化劑受外氣影響或保存時(shí)間太長(zhǎng)，催化性能會(huì)減弱。這時(shí)可加入不超過(guò)去1%的1300催化劑H就可使油墨回復(fù)原來(lái)性能。而經(jīng)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間儲(chǔ)存的油墨應(yīng)作試驗(yàn)確定性能無(wú)問(wèn)題后才使用。4）作多色疊印時(shí)如底層顏色油墨完全烘焙硬化，則蓋印上面的其他顏色會(huì)有粘合性降低而有可能脫落的問(wèn)題。把以如作多色套印時(shí)，底層顏色應(yīng)只作短時(shí)間烘焙，使其表面干燥，即可在上面套印其他顏色，到全部顏色印刷完成后始作正常烘焙5）MPB油墨應(yīng)用在玻璃制品時(shí)，和金屬及其涂漆面的印刷物相比，在耐水耐濕性方面稍會(huì)降低，故請(qǐng)注意。      外  觀：油墨膜面平滑而有光澤。      干燥條件：150℃加熱30分鐘。      稀 釋 劑：添加10-15%的T-1000溶劑來(lái)調(diào)整粘度。       洗   版：用FH&YT-718洗較經(jīng)濟(jì)。Olec MPB series inks are used to process metal and metal painted printing, glass products, ink film with strong adhesion and durability.
